1lb ground beef, lean
1oz taco seasoning
8oz tomato sauce
2C beef broth
8oz small pasta, uncooked (medium shells)
1.5 C shredded cheddar cheese
Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Add the ground beef and break it up as it cooks. Once the ground beef is browned, stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, beef broth and then uncooked pasta. Cover and seal lid. Change setting to “Manual” and adjust time to 5 minutes. Once it’s done, do a manual release of pressure. Remove cover and stir. Turn off pot and top with cheese, put cover back on but don’t seal. Allow a minute or two for the cheese to start to melt and serve with desired toppings.
