Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

(25 minutes total time)

2lb carrots

1/3 C unsalted butter

1/8 tsp. salt

1/3 C brown sugar

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ C water

Peel and slice carrots into 1-inch long sections, top with remaining ingredients. Close and seal your pot. Set to “Pressure Cook” “Manual” for 4 minutes. Manual release pressure when done. Stir and serve.
