One of my favorite restaurants is Cracker Barrel. The side dish I order every single time is the fried apples. They are so good and can be used in so many ways. They can be a side dish with your main course or a dessert. In the attached picture I have them over ice cream.
The fried apples were my most popular dish at the last workshop. People were putting them on their slices of cheesecake. One person commented they were even better than Cracker Barrels!
